Returns

Overview

The only products that come with a warranty are the ones that have this listed in the competition details page. Only products that have a warranty supplied by the manufacturer will have a warranty. Hayburner LTD does not offer a warranty on third party goods, only goods made by us, this will also be specified in the competition details. 

Prize Vehicles

Vehicles do not come with a warranty unless specifically stated in the competitions details page. Classic cars are a labour of love and are never really ‘finished’ and really thats half the fun of classic car ownership. We endeavour to be as honest as possible with the descriptions of any vehicle we list and a comprehensive handover process will take place. Beyond this any vehicle is sold as seen, and it’s usage at the new owners sole discretion.  

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Hayburner Competitions, Unit 55, Leyland Trading Estate, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1RS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
